What to Expect During a Reiki Massage?
Each Reiki massage session has a duration of 30 or 60 minutes for an elevated healing session. During this session, a combination of soft pressure will be used also referred to as the Reiki healing touch. Reiki massage techniques usually start from the head to put the client into a calm state of mind. Once this state of being is achieved, the therapist will move on to different parts of the body to ensure not only balance is obtained but spiritual and physical healing as well.
It is expected that you may fall asleep during the session as you reach a state of spiritual uplifting. After the session, expect to feel lighter, grounded, peaceful, relaxed and more balance internally.
