We understand that unforeseen events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. We strive to be fair to all of our clients, with the following policies:
A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment or event.
If you're unable to give us the minimum 24-hours (or 48-hours) advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your services. Any past due balance must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future services will be denied until payment is made.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
**All Sales are final and no refunds will be given. **
**Gift Certificates must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months they will be considered invalid and no refund will be issued.**
